Truthfully all around a good car lot, same rules apply with everything in life if you're the walk in with the 320 credit score and $200 down might not like what they get you into or what your payments are if you go in there with a mediocre 550 credit score and you at least brought the same amount Cash Wise as your score oh, they're going to go to bat for you and they're going to invest a lot of their time to get you into a vehicle that you like! I was at a dealership that made me feel like I had to settle for a vehicle I did not want. Last minute decision I decided to call never say Auto I drive by there every day and I'm so glad I called. *Jesse Naylor (my Google account is outdated)My husband and I had been looking to purchase a second vehicle for months, but with poor credit and a down payment on the smaller side, we weren't very confident that it would happen. A friend told me about NSNA and on a whim I went on their website, read up on what they are about, and applied for financing. Greg got back to me the very next morning. He sent me an e-mail letting me know that we were approved and also left me a detailed voicemail to let me know what all we would need to bring with us and what to expect. My husband and I went in two days later and had the opportunity to work with Mark. We explained to him what we were looking for and he picked out 3 beautiful cars for us to test drive, and afterwards we talked numbers. With our credit, all 3 cars needed a bigger down payment than what we had, but Mark spoke with the guy in the office (I apologize for not remembering his name, he was so friendly and helpful--I was just overwhelmed with excitement) and they were able to work something out with us so that we could drive our new car home that same night! The state inspection had expired but we were given instructions on where to go to get a new one free of charge, and Brian, the guy at Fix it Right Auto (where they send their vehicles) was so friendly and had our new inspection back to us in no time. We are so impressed with the hospitality of each and every person we worked with, and we LOVE our new car. My husband and I purchased our mini van from Never So No. Mike was super helpful and nice. I never felt pressured into buying anything like other car lots in the area. The whole experience was wonderful!

Ask for TJ!!!!... Soooo personable! I went to Never Say No first and spoke with TJ. I found a beautiful car that I wanted and was quickly approved. I told TJ I needed to think about it, he understood and I didn't feel pressured. I decided to shop around a little more, but it didn't take long to realize I wasn't going to get the same service anywhere else. I don't even remember the other guy's names...
