Bought a 2015 Ford Escape and I am as happy as can be with it! Fast and super friendly service, I drove it on Wednesday and went home with it on Saturday. So i went in expecting high down payment due to my bad credit score or to be denied for a vehicle i wanted. Most places can get you approved but its usually for a vehicle you have to "settle" for and dont really want. However, they worked with me and got me approved for the vehicle i did want with a reasonable down payment. Even let me put a deposit to hold vehicle until i gathered the full amount. All the gentlemen i talked to was good guys being three individuals. The never once pushed me into anything and was more then happy to let me test drive every vehicle i wanted to. Any preconceived notions you had about buying a car with low to no credit you will forget the moment you walk in the door.
My fiancé and I came in because we saw a car online and wanted to see how much it would be so we could save up for the deposit. Little did we know that Mark and his guys would make it so easy that we drove away from the lot in a new car perfect for our family. Comfortable, no pressure, personalized. All the stress I had anticipated buying a car melted away when Mark handled our deal.
Everyone in the office was kind and courteous. Mark didn’t know our situation but when I told him I needed to file for a lost title on my trade he offered to pay the title fee out of his pocket to make sure I had a car to get me to and from work.

I walked in feeling like I wasn't going to get anywhere because of my credit and what I have been told in the past. But that is not what happened.
