I went to Never say No auto. They are friendly. Mark Ozark was able to get us into a nice truck at affordable payments. I went back a week later to have inspected and his shop replaced our windshield wipers at no extra cost. They were very friendly and helpful as well. I am very satisfied with the service. My husband and myself were having trouble getting financed for a new vehicle. We found never say no auto in Bolivar Mo not only did we get financed we found the perfect vehicle. All the sales staff was great and courteous. We had the pleasure of working with Brian and he listened to our needs in a vehicle and helped us find the perfect SUV. When our car was unfortunately wrecked, we went back and spoke to him, and in the midst of being one of the most stressful days, we were able to stay calm and get another car through him. I read so many reviews for used car dealerships before deciding to check out Never Say No Auto. From the emails from Greg, to Mark and Will throughout the process, it was all amazing! I was the biggest skeptic and they proved me wrong.
I would rate higher than 5 stars if possible! Mark found us the perfect vehicle for the price we wanted and put even more towards the trade-in than we thought possible. Best experience I've ever had, and we will be back the next time we are car hunting! Thank you so much!!read more

Bought a 2015 Ford Escape and I am as happy as can be with it! Fast and super friendly service, I drove it on Wednesday and went home with it on Saturday. They worked with me to get a great down payment/trade in value. My husband and I have never bought a car from a car lot so we were brand new at this. Charlie talked us through it, and if we asked the same questions 40 different ways he didn't mind a bit. He was right there to help us however we needed. Our credit scores are not great, so we had been turned away MULTIPLE times by other dealers, each time they ran our credit our score kept dropping and we STILL needed a car, but we were getting turned away. It was a great feeling to get in the exact car we wanted no matter our credit score. Never Say No made me feel like, as a person who works hard, I deserve to be in the car I wanted. I literally cried happy tears the first time I drove my new car. We are SO glad we went to Never Say No!read more

So i went in expecting high down payment due to my bad credit score or to be denied for a vehicle i wanted. Most places can get you approved but its usually for a vehicle you have to "settle" for and dont really want. However, they worked with me and got me approved for the vehicle i did want with a reasonable down payment. Even let me put a deposit to hold vehicle until i gathered the full amount. All the gentlemen i talked to was good guys being three individuals. The never once pushed me into anything and was more then happy to let me test drive every vehicle i wanted to. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Ram and love every minute of it. Thanks Guys.read more

Awesome experience buying a vehicle from pulling onto the lot to leaving with our new purchase. No hassle. Extremely knowledgeable about vehicles. Brien linked my phone to vehicle before leaving the lot and even preset my radio stations for me. He also made sure that we were comfortable with all the controls and how to work them. Couldnt ask for easier process with financing and paperwork. Greg explained way more than anyone ever has before.read more

I worked with TJ, he’s an awesome guy. I gave him a couple day heads up that I was looking for a vehicle and what price range I was hoping for and when I showed up Saturday morning he already had the car picked out for me. Everything was very easy and smooth. By far the easiest time I’ve had with a dealership. Definitely not your normal dealership where you spend all day waiting to find out if you can even get into a car.read more

This place is amazing. Not just great customer service but they go way beyond for their customers. I honestly think this is the only place I will buy my vehicles from. They really work with you to find out exactly what you're looking for price wise and your family needs. I've talked with Charlie there and TJ actually sold me a car. Any preconceived notions you had about buying a car with low to no credit you will forget the moment you walk in the door.
My fiancé and I came in because we saw a car online and wanted to see how much it would be so we could save up for the deposit. Little did we know that Mark and his guys would make it so easy that we drove away from the lot in a new car perfect for our family. Comfortable, no pressure, personalized. All the stress I had anticipated buying a car melted away when Mark handled our deal.
Everyone in the office was kind and courteous. Mark didn’t know our situation but when I told him I needed to file for a lost title on my trade he offered to pay the title fee out of his pocket to make sure I had a car to get me to and from work.
I won’t go anywhere else from now and anyone who is even thinking about buying car I’ll send to see Mark at Never say no.read more

Mark was with us at the beginning of the process, he was very helpful and was dedicated to helping us get into a new car. My finance and I have very bad credit and I was convinced we would get denied just like the rest of the places. But when we got there Charlie picked up where Mark left off and we were able to drive off the lot in a 2013 Chevy Cruze today. No money down, just my old crappy car for a trade in. Jay was also very nice and quickly got us through the signing process, I couldn't be more happy about the experience I had today. I will refer everyone I know. I walked in feeling like I wasn't going to get anywhere because of my credit and what I have been told in the past. But that is not what happened. I spoke to Mark and he was great very nice, very helpful, and did everything he could to get us in a car. We came back a few days later to sign our paperwork and worked with Charlie, who was also very helpful. They worked very fast with the short amount of time I had.
